LATERAL RAISE TO THE SIDE
Lateral Raise to the side build and define the muscles of the shoulder, the trapezius and the deltoids, and the upper chest as well as contributing to overall shoulder health.
Military Press build the muscles of the shoulder, the Deltoids, as well as the muscles of the upper chest the Pectoralis Major.
The Triceps Extension isolates the muscles of the back of the arm, the Triceps. The Triceps make up 2/3 of the size of the upper arm. Firm Triceps keep your upper arm from waving "Bye" after your hand has stopped.
Leg Extensions build the muscles of the front of your upper leg, the Quadriceps. These are the muscles that most drastically impact the size and shape of your legs when viewed from the front.
